USCIS Updates Policy Guidance to Incorporate Information on Applicability of Public Charge Ground of Inadmissibility

USCIS updated its Policy Manual to incorporate information from the related appendices in Volume 8, Part G, of the USCIS Policy Manual addressing applicability of the public charge ground of inadmissibility. USCIS stated that this guidance is intended to help applicants for adjustment of status more easily identify the immigration categories to which the public charge ground of inadmissibility applies. Comments are due by 8/21/23.
