USCIS Will Dispose of E-Verify Records over 10 Years Old

USCIS announced that on May 6, 2022, E-Verify records over 10 years old, dated on or before December 31, 2011, will be disposed of. E-Verify employers have until May 5, 2022, to download case information from the Historic Records Report. USCIS provided a fact sheet on downloading information.
