AILA and the Council Letter to Secretary Johnson on Re-Designating TPS for Haiti

AILA and the American Immigration Council wrote to Secretary Jeh Johnson to oppose DHS’s plan to resume normal deportations to Haiti; and urged the administration to provide humanitarian relief in a number of ways including re-designating Haiti for Temporary Protected Status (TPS).
