AILA and Partners Request DHS to Extend Comment Period for New Proposed Duration of Status Rule
    AILA and partners sent a letter to DHS requesting an extended 60-day comment period on DHS's new proposed rule on establishing a fixed time period of admission and an extension of stay procedure for nonimmigrant students, exchange visitors, and representatives of foreign information media.
