On 12/29/20, AILA sent a letter to USCIS providing stakeholder feedback on the H-1B electronic registration process and recommendations for improvements. Among other things, AILA addressed account creation issues, challenges entering data into the tool, post-data entry issues, duplicate registrations, selection issues, customer service issues, and rejections/denials for failure to list a 10/1 start date. Special thanks to AILA members Lucy Cheung, Lorna DeBono, Robin O'Donoghue, Suzanne Seltzer, Ian Wagreich, and Lisa H. York for their contributions to this letter.
