AILA and the Council Express Concern over President Biden’s Continued Use of Title 42 Expulsion Policy
In response to media reports that the Biden administration may continue the unlawful Title 42 expulsion policy to block adult asylum seekers through the summer, AILA and the American Immigration Council, along with a coalition of 100+ organizations sent a letter to President Biden urging him to immediately end the use of Title 42 and refrain from using ankle monitors and expedited removal in processing families.
