AILA Sends Letter to DOS on Implementation of the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022

AILA requested emergency action from DOS to amend the April 2022 Visa Bulletin to comply with the provisions of the EB-5 RIA, which was recently signed into law, and for the NVC and posts to begin processing cases in accordance with the provisions of the new law that have taken immediate effect.
