AILA and partners submitted an amicus brief in Rosen v. Dai and Rosen v. Alcaraz-Enriquez in the Supreme Court arguing that federal appellate courts have a statutory mandate under the REAL ID Act to treat the testimony of asylum seekers as credible where neither an IJ nor the BIA has made an explicit adverse credibility determination.
