AILA and Partners Submit Amicus Brief Supporting Termination of MPP
AILA and 69 nonprofit, law school clinics, and a coalition of former immigration judges submitted an amicus brief to the Fifth Circuit in Texas v. Biden arguing that the district court ignored and mischaracterized record evidence in analyzing the merits of asylum claims and the impact of MPP on entries through the southern U.S. border and request that the court reverse the district court order and uphold DHS’s memo to terminate MPP.
