I-129S, Nonimmigrant Petition Based on Blanket L Petition  (New version 4/23/03; Prior versions acceptable through 9/30/03)

I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker  (New version, 9/26/03; Prior versions acceptable through 9/30/03)  (originally the "new version" was dated 5/20/03.  It was later changed to 9/26/03)

I-526, Immigrant Petition by Alien Entrepreneur  (New version, 5/9/03; Prior versions acceptable through 9/30/03)

I-824, Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition  (New version 4/4/03; prior versions accepted through 9/30/03)
