CBP Announces Inspection Changes of CW Visa Holders Arriving in Guam

CBP announced that pursuant to the Northern Mariana Islands U.S. Workforce Act of 2018, effective immediately, CW visa holders may be admitted in Guam when in transit to the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI).
