CBP Announces New Assistant Commissioner for the Office of Field Operations

CBP announcement on the selection of Mr. Todd C. Owen as Assistant Commissioner, Office of Field Operations (OFO), who will oversee operations involving national security, traveler admissibility and immigration, customs, and commercial trade, and is expected to assume duties in February 2015.
