CDC Notice of New “Title 42” Order
CDC notice of a new order replacing and superseding the 10/13/20 “Order Suspending the Right to Introduce Certain Persons from Countries Where a Quarantinable Communicable Disease Exists.” The order continues the suspension of the right to introduce “covered noncitizens” into the U.S. along land and coastal borders, pursuant to authority under Title 42 of the U.S. Code.
