INS Proposed Rule on Fee Increases

INS proposed rule, dated 1/10/94, to increase the examinations fees by an average of 7.5% in order to generate sufficient revenue to recover the costs of providing services, and to change procedures and charges for Form I-129, in response to INS and user experiences. Comments are due by 2/9/94.
