ICE Requests Emergency OMB Approval for Form I-901

ICE has submitted an emergency information collection request to OMB for review and clearance regarding fee remittance form for certain F-1; J-1; and M-1 nonimmigrants; Form I-901. If granted, the emergency approval is valid for only 180 days. (68 FR 59800, 10/17/03)
