DHS Notice of Determination Regarding Border in Cameron and Hidalgo Counties in Texas

DHS notice that the Acting Secretary of Homeland Security has determined that it is necessary to waive certain legal requirements in order to construct barriers and roads near the land border in Cameron County and Hidalgo County, Texas.
