DHS notice of the rescindment of two USCIS systems of records relating to background checks and biometrics, which have been consolidated into the ‘‘DHS/USCIS–018 Immigration Biometric and Background Check Records System of Records.’’ Comments are being accepted, and the changes take effect upon publication of the notice.
