DHS Notice of Determination Regarding Border in Pima, Santa Cruz, and Cochise Counties
DHS notice that the Acting Secretary has determined that it is necessary to waive certain legal requirements in order to construct barriers and roads near the border in Pima County, Santa Cruz County, and Cochise County in Arizona. The determination takes effect on 3/16/20. (85 FR 14961, 3/16/20)
