DHS Sends Administrative Subpoenas to Harvard University
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced that it would send administrative subpoenas to Harvard University regarding its Student Visitor and Exchange Program (SEVP). This follows earlier actions by the Administration targeting the university and its foreign students, including a 4/16/25 order from DHS Secretary Kristi Noem to provide information about “criminality and misconduct of foreign students on its campus” and a 5/22/25 order to terminate Harvard’s SEVP program.
