EOIR Clarifying Procedures for 245(i) Adjustment Filings

EOIR interim rule amending the date from 10/1/97 to 10/23/97 for when 245i adjustments must be filed and clarifying the procedure for paying when filing in conjunction with motions to reopen or reconsider. Rule effective 10/23/97 and comments must be received by 12/22/97. (62 FR 205, 10/23/97)
