DOJ Final Rule Amending 28 CFR Part 0 Regarding Mutual Legal Assistance Requests

DOJ final rule amending the Appendix to Subpart K to 28 CFR Part 0 to expand the list of persons who may exercise the authority to make mutual legal assistance requests to foreign countries in criminal matters to include Associate Directors of the Office of International Affairs.
