DOJ Announces New Civil Division Enforcement & Affirmative Litigation Branch

DOJ announced the creation of the Enforcement & Affirmative Litigation Branch, a new office within the Civil Division. One of the priorities of this new branch will be ending sanctuary jurisdiction laws, policies, and practices.
