DOJ Sues Boston, Massachusetts Over Sanctuary City Laws

DOJ filed a lawsuit against the City of Boston, Massachusetts, as well as its mayor, police department, and police commissioner over its sanctuary city laws. This is one of a number of lawsuits DOJ has brought against sanctuary jurisdictions. (U.S.A. v. Boston, 9/4/25)
