DOL Notice on Earliest Filing Date for FY2005 H-2Bs

DOL notice that employers filing for H-2B labor certification applications may be filed at least 60 days, but not more than 120 days before the worker is needed. Therefore, employers may begin filing no earlier than 6/1/04 for a date of need beginning 10/1/04. (69 FR 26623, 5/13/04)
