DOL 30-day notice and request for comment on proposed revisions to Form ETA-9141, Application for Prevailing Wage Determination. A request for comments on proposed revisions to the form was previously published at 84 FR 3494 on 2/12/19. With this 30-day proposal, DOL has made additional modifications to the proposed new Appendix A. Comments are due 7/1/19. (84 FR 25073, 5/30/19)

Note: DOL posted an announcement that it is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend the current form, which is set to expire on 5/31/19, in one-month increments starting 6/1/19. Until OMB grants approval, employers are permitted to continue filing prevailing wage applications using the current form, including any approved one-month extensions, starting 6/1/19.
