DOL 30-day notice and request for comments on Form ETA-9142-B-CAA-4, Attestation for Employers Seeking to Employ H-2B Nonimmigrant Workers under Section 105 of Division O of the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021. This form is no longer in use as the supplemental cap was reached on 8/13/21; thus employers no longer need to complete the attestation for submission to DHS.
