DOS Adds T Visa Category for Certain Victims of Severe Human Trafficking

Interim rule from DOS, effective 8/25/03, adds new T visa category, which provides nonimmigrant status to certain victims of severe forms of human trafficking under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (68 FR 37963, 6/26/03)
