DOS Regulation Regarding INTELSAT "International Organization" Status

DOS final rule adding INTELSAT (following privatization) to the list of "international organizations" for purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act. The rule also clarifies the status of the organization and the personnel affected. (68 FR 32359, 5/30/03)
