DOS Proposes Changes in Access to Information Regulations

DOS proposed revisions to its regulations governing access by the public to information, to reflect changes made in the provisions of basic underlying laws and executive orders pertaining to access to information. Comments must be received on or before 6/29/04. (69 FR 16841, 3/31/04)
