DOS Interim Rule Amending U.S. Passport Regulations for Minors Under 14

Effective 11/1/04, the interim rule amends the regulations to require that a statement of consent submitted in support of a minor's (under 14 years) application be notarized. Comments are due on or before 11/13/04. (69 FR 60811, 10/13/04)
