DOS Amends Regulations on Visa Ineligibility for Unlawful Voters

Effective 7/21/05, DOS interim rule amends its regulations concerning visa ineligibility for aliens who vote unlawfully. The amendment is made in order to comply with the provisions of the Child Citizenship Act of 2000. Comments accepted up to 60 days from 8/22/05. (70 FR 35526, 6/21/05)
