DOS Final Rule on Passport Card Format

DOS final rule addresses the new passport card with IRTPA restrictions for travel between the U.S., Mexico, Canada, and Caribbean and Bermuda and also includes a schedule of fees for the new card. Rule is effective 2/1/08. (72 FR 74169, 12/31/07)
