DOS Final Rule on Schedule of Fees for Consular Services

DOS final rule amending the Schedule of Fees for Consular Services for visa fees, including the Border Crossing Card fee. Final rule is effective 1/1/15, except for the amendment to §22.1 in amendatory instruction 3, which is effective 10/4/15. (79 FR 79064, 12/31/14)
