DOS Final Rule on Photo Requirements for Diversity Visa Applicants

DOS final rule amending the photograph requirements for diversity visa applicants at 22 CFR §42.33 to require that the photograph be taken no more than six months before the date of the lottery entry package and to prohibit the wearing of eyeglasses in the photo. (81 FR 63694, 9/16/16)
