DOJ final rule making revisions to Title 28 of the CFR concerning unfair immigration-related employment practices. Among other changes, the revisions incorporate the intent requirement contained in the INA as amended by IIRIRA. The rule is effective on 1/18/17. (81 FR 91768, 12/19/16)
