DOS Announces Annual Limit Reached in the EB-5 Unreserved Category

DOS announced that all available immigrant visas in the Employment-Based Fifth Preference (EB-5) unreserved category for fiscal year 2025 have been issued. Embassies and consulates may resume issuing immigrant visas in this category with the start of the new fiscal year (FY 2026) on 10/1/25.
