U.S. Embassy, Mexico Reports Problems with Visa Call Center

U.S. Embassy, Mexico reports problems for applicants in reaching the Visa Call Center. Additionally, the Embassy reports confusion during the transition to new ASCs. DOS is aware of these problems, and they are working to correct them.
