DOT Withdraws Rule on Drivers' Licenses

A Transportation Department proposed rule that would have implemented IIRAIRA provisions on state-issued drivers' licenses is withdrawn in light of the repeal of that legislative provision and the overwhelmingly negative comments. (66 FR 56261, 11/7/01)
