EOIR alert that the EOIR Headquarters and the BIA are closed due to inclement weather. The Arlington, VA Immigration Court and the Baltimore Immigration Court are also closed.

EOIR alert that it will be posting information regarding immigration court closings on Twitter. EOIR Headquarters and the BIA are closed due to inclement weather. Several immigration courts are either closed or opening late. See notice for additional information.

EOIR alert that the Baltimore, Memphis, and Charlotte Immigration Courts are closed due to inclement weather. The Arlington Immigration Court will close at 12:00 pm and the Atlanta Immigration Court will close at 1:00 pm due to inclement weather.
