EOIR Responds to TRAC Report on Backlogged Immigration Matters

EOIR sent a letter to the TRAC in response to its report on backlogged immigration matters. The letter states that the picture painted by TRAC fails to reflect the agency’s positive trajectory to increase the number of immigration judges by later this year.
