CLINIC: Emergency Planning for Immigrant Families: A 50-State Resource

  • This resource includes state-by-state links to information regarding guardianship and powers of attorney, as well as links to state bar and consular support services.
  • CREECRights of Detained Immigrants with Disabilities
    • CREEC is investigating systemic discrimination under the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. CREEC is available to offer technical assistance to anyone working with a person with disabilities - including discussing whether your client’s condition would meet the definition of disability.
    • Southern Poverty Law Center: If your loved one is detained in one of these immigrant detention centers (Stewart Detention Center, Irwin County Detention Center, Folkston ICE Processing Center, LaSalle Detention Center, or Pine Prairie Detention Center) and they do not have an immigration lawyer, you may request our legal services.
