DOL Releases Small Business Guide for the H-2A Visa Program

DOL published a Handbook for the Herding or Production of Livestock on the Range, to assist U.S. employers with standards and procedures for the employment of temporary H-2A agricultural workers in herding or production of livestock on the range occupations.
