Can I view my membership information online?

You can see your membership information online in My AILA. In My AILA you can see your member profile, including contact information, communication settings, conference registrations, CLE credits and more.

Tip: It is important to make sure you have a valid email address on file in order to access certain areas of InfoNet and receive listserve emails.

Can I update my contact information?

To update your contact information, go into My AILA and Edit Your Profile. Here you can update your address, personal and professional details, and enter a short biography.

How do I renew my membership?

You can conveniently renew your AILA membership online. Your current membership expiration will show in the gray banner at the top of the page. If you are within 45 days before expiration or up to 90 days after, simply click the "Renew Now" link under the expiration date. This link will take you to Agora where you can renew online via credit card or e-check. To spread your expenses throughout the year, you may also choose the payment plan method. If you have questions about your renewal or need a statement, please email the Membership Department at membership@aila.org.

What if I can't afford to renew my membership?

If utilizing AILA's payment plan is not an option and you have been a member for at least three years, you may apply for a dues waiver or reduction. The AILA Membership Committee reviews waivers and makes recommendations for approval by the Executive Committee based on emergent or humanitarian considerations, as well as instances where members may request that one or more membership criteria to be waived. If you are interested in submitting a waiver, please contact membership@aila.org.

As a member, is there an AILA logo I can use on my firm's website?

Yes. AILA has created a special member logo and updates it each year to indicate the current year of membership. Simply download and fill out the Logo Request Form and fax it to 202-783-7853 or email membership@aila.org. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process the request and send the logo.

How do I add a photo to my profile?

To update your contact information, go into My AILA and Edit Your Profile. Toward the right you will see an a button to "Upload a Photo". Select that to choose a photo from your computer. Photos must be in JPEG format and under 100KB in size. If you need to resize your photo and don't have the proper software, try this free online program: http://www.shrinkpictures.com

How do I find a list of committee members?

To find out who is on what AILA committee and their contact information, go to the Group Directory. From the first dropdown menu choose the committee you are interested in and click the blue "Select Committees" button. The results will show names and contact information for the committee members.

To find out contact information for other AILA members, go to the Member Directory. Enter your search terms and click the blue "Search" button. The results will show names and contact information.
