HHS Updates Proverty Guidelines for 2001

HHS updates its poverty guidelines to account for last year's increase in prices as meansured by the Consumer Price Index. This data is used in determining ability to provide support in connection with the affidavit of support (66 FR 10695, 2/16/01)
