HHS 30-Day Request for Comments on Home Study and Post Release Services Provided to Unaccompanied Alien Children

Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) notice requesting comments on the reorganization and revision of several forms forms that allow the Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) Bureau to provide services to promote safe reunification between sponsors and UAC released from Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) care and custody.

ORR has undertaken a reorganization of its information collections to promote operational efficiency. This request is to create a new information collection that contains forms associated with the provision of home study and post-release services (HS/PRS) to children and their sponsors. This information collection will contain a total of six revised forms transferred from three existing information collections. Comments are due 6/26/25. (90 FR 22311, 5/27/25)
