ICE Reports on Outcomes from the Family Fraud Initiative in El Paso

Per ICE, the Family Fraud Initiative in El Paso, begun by ICE HSI and CBP USBP, has, since inception in April 2019, identified 238 fraudulent families, seized 329 false documents, identified 50 individuals who fraudulently claimed to be UACs, and federally prosecuted more than 350 individuals.
