USCIS Corrections to Final Rule on Inadmissibility on Public Charge Grounds

USCIS issued a document making corrections to the language of the final rule on inadmissibility on public charge grounds issued at 84 FR 41292 on 8/14/19, including a correction to language related to the exclusion of public benefits receipt from consideration for spouses and children of individuals serving in the U.S. Armed Forces. The provisions in this correcting document are effective as if they had been included in the original final rule document. (84 FR 52357, 10/2/19)
