Immigration Representatives and Organizations Submit Amicus Brief to SCOTUS in U.S. v. Sineneng-Smith

Advocates including AILA submitted an amicus brief in U.S. v. Sineneng-Smith, stating, “The statute [Encouragement Provision] chills staggering amounts of immigration advice that is not only constitutionally protected but also critical to the proper functioning of our immigration system.”
