CBP Final Rule on Period of Stay for Media Representatives from China

CBP final rule amending the regulations to provide that foreign media representatives from the People’s Republic of China, with the exception of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) or Macau SAR passport holders, may no longer be admitted for an indefinite period, but instead may be admitted for up to a 90-day period with the ability to apply for extensions of status.
