CBP Announces New Acting Commissioner Thomas Winkowski

CBP press release announcing that Thomas S. Winkowski assumed the role of acting commissioner of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on March 30, 2013, taking the helm of the 60,000-employee agency. He had previously served as second in command since January 2012.
